This page describes what ishighriskai.com actually does with your data. It is written against the code that runs the site, not against a template.
Who is responsible
The controller for personal data collected here is Particula Tech LLC. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights set out below, contact contact@particula.tech.
What is collected, and when
Using the classifier collects nothing. The triage runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are held in the page while you work through the questions and are discarded when you close or reload the tab. They are not sent anywhere, and no request leaves your browser, unless you choose to request the compiled report.
Requesting the report sends three things to the server: the email address you type, the fact that you ticked the consent box, and the answers you gave the classifier. The answers are included because the report contains a dated self-assessment record of what your determination rests on, which is the point of it.
Your IP address is seen but not stored. The endpoint that sends the report counts requests per IP address in memory so that it cannot be used to send unwanted mail to a stranger. That counter holds nothing but a timestamp, retains it for at most one hour, and is wiped whenever the site is redeployed. It is never written to disk and never included in any email.
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers
This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and runs no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The typeface is served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a third party.
Legal basis for processing
Sending you the report and any later deadline reminders rests on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, given by ticking the box on the form. Counting requests per IP address to prevent abuse of the sending endpoint rests on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): the interest is keeping the tool from being used to mail strangers, and it is achieved with the least data that will work.
Consent is a single step here. You tick the box, and the report is sent to the address you gave. There is no confirmation email to click before it arrives, so please check the address before submitting.
Who else sees your data
An email delivery provider processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. It receives your address and the contents of the report. It acts as a processor under Article 28 and does not use your data for its own purposes.
A copy of every report is also delivered to our own inbox. That copy is the record that you asked for the report, and it is the only place a submission is stored. There is no database behind this site.
Depending on where the delivery provider processes the message, your email address and report may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
How long it is kept
| Data | Where it lives | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Classifier answers, before you submit | Your browser only | Until you close or reload the page |
| Email address and report | Our inbox, and yours | Until you ask us to erase it |
| IP address | Server memory | One hour at most, cleared on redeploy |
| Consent record | With the report copy in our inbox | Until erasure, as evidence the consent was given |
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to the personal data held about you, correction of anything inaccurate, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy, and you may object to processing carried out on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time, which stops future emails without affecting anything sent before you withdrew.
To be precise about what you are consenting to today: the report is a single transactional email, sent once, in response to your request. There is no mailing list running yet. If deadline reminders start, they will carry a one-click unsubscribe link, and until then you withdraw consent by emailing contact@particula.tech and asking us to erase your address.
Requests go to contact@particula.tech and are answered within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority in the member state where you live, work, or where you believe the issue arose.
Children
This is a professional compliance tool. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
Material changes are reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page. If a change affects how data already collected is used, we will ask for consent again rather than rely on the old one.
